There is so much about traveling on a bike, but if I’d ready anything first, I would read about really pondering if traveling on a bike is for you. I firmly believe that no person is a whole until they spend a few months on the road with an open mind. It is the most natural and non natural feeling I have yet to experience. Our ancestors were nomads and moving throughout life from place to place was a key survival instinct for them. There is a small part of us that feels the natural urge to move from place to place and allow our curiosity of new cities engulf our sensation and never want to settle into a city again. I’m not saying go and run from problems, just that the journey is part of the enlightenment.
